A: 450 MHZ Intel or AMD Processor, Windows 98/ME/2000/XP, DirectX 7.0 compatible 3D Graphics Card

Q: Does your screensavers install adware or other related spyware?

A: All products from www.WebAppstogo.com are clean of adware and spyware. We do not package any 3rd party material with our screensavers. With that said, if you downloaded one of our products outside of www.WebAppstogo.com (some other web site) it is possible that that publisher may have package one of our screensavers with a tool or some other 3rd party material that we DO NOT authorize.

Q: I purchased a screensaver, how do I retrieve the registered version?

A: You should have received an email with a secured download link to the full registered version of the screensaver you purchased. Simply click that download link to install the product. Be sure to check your email filter if you can not find the email. We've seen in some situations where the email was setting in a junk/spam folder.

Q: How do I uninstall a screensaver?

A: Make sure that the Display Properties Dialog is not shown while uninstalling the screensaver. Click start menu->All Programs->WebAppstogo->Name of Screensaver->Uninstall. Follow the wizard on the Screensaver Uninstall Dialog.

A: Here are the steps to select your own picture folder

A: The secure links are good for 24 hours. If you ever need to download your product again just send us an email and we'll send you a new download link.

Q: I purchased your 3D Cube Gallery Screensaver last year and at first I could get a number of sound tracks to play. Now I can only get Ambient to play. Do you have an updated version?

A: Replace the old music_stream.txt file with this one in the installation directory 'C:\Program Files\WebAppstogo\3DCubeGallery'. This new file should allow all music channels to play although keep in mind that some of the channels go off line from time to time.
